|Anne Cappel is devoted to strengthening Greater Cincinnati’s dynamic international business community. Under her leadership, the EACC has effectively doubled membership since 2007 and integrated businesses of all sizes and niches into a community that builds relationships, shares best practices, and promotes economic vibrancy. During her tenure, she has been responsible for raising the visibility of Greater Cincinnati among international leaders in Washington D.C. and Europe, through high profile events and visits to Cincinnati by dignitaries from France, Germany, Russia, Italy, among others.Ms. Cappel has built her career around her passion for international business and cultural relations. She started her career as Director of Business Services at World Affairs Council of Greater Cincinnati where she developed and managed the World Interns Program, focused on recruiting international young professionals for local companies. She went on to serve as an Account Executive for Air France before joining Resources Careers, where she worked with families of expatriates to identify professional opportunities in Greater Cincinnati.Hailing from France, Ms. Cappel has a keen understanding of the cultural and economic intimacies of both Europe and Cincinnati. She is a maestro relationship builder and her endeavors to stimulate business and networking relations between the two regions have earned her transatlantic recognition. In 2011, the French Ambassador to the United States recognized Ms. Cappel’s significant contributions to the French government and its citizens with a formal induction into the French National Order of Merit, a lifelong honor and Knighthood. Ms. Cappel has also been named a 2011 WE Celebrate “Woman of the Year” finalist by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, CincyChic’s 2010 Career Woman of the Year and “One of the Most Interesting People of 2009” by Cincy Magazine.
Ms. Cappel regularly lends her expertise as a guest speaker to organizations such as the Cincinnati Rotary Club and the Xavier University Women’s MBA Association, among others. She is Honorary Consul of France for Ohio and has been named to the Executive Order of the Commodores, an organization that assists the State of Ohio in economic growth. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Cincinnati where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing.

|As Program, Communication & Administration Manager at the EACC, Paul Bell manages the planning and coordination of member programs and external communication efforts that support the needs of EACC members. In this role, Bell oversees the development and promotion of business seminars, networking events and key membership communication tactics including the EACC website, social media outreach and e-newsletters.With a background in communications, Bell holds a talent for using digital communication channels to foster audience engagement and build connections.Prior to the EACC, Bell served as a Communication Consultant for the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he managed new media campaigns and brand management efforts. He also held a position as a Congressional Fellow for Congressman Geoff Davis in Washington, DC, where he maintained the Congressman’s public image and produced social media campaigns.Bell is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. He is also a member of the American Marketing Association, the Financial Chairman of Alpha Tau Omega’s Board of Trustees at Northern Kentucky University and an active Big Brother in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati.

|Carolin McCaffrey is dedicated to the growth of the international community in Cincinnati. She lives and breathes international business and cultural diversity. She consults with existing members and potential member companies to build strategic partnerships maximizing their business opportunities. This is mutually beneficial for the growth of the companies as well as the EACC’s, and its crucial role within the Greater Cincinnati area. Carolin will work together with your company to identify your specific needs, ideas and goals to develop a strategic plan for you to actively partake in the unique and instrumental platform the European-American Chamber of Commerce offers to its members.As a native of Germany, Carolin has worked many years in the business-to-business information industry serving high-level executives in various industries.Having lived in a number of different countries, she has direct personal experience of working internationally in major multinational organizations. She utilizes her exceptional communications and business development skills to help companies position themselves as industry leaders and to establish profitable and long-term relationships with members and business partners.Prior to joining the EACC, Carolin was the President and founder of International Consulting Services, LLC, an independent consulting firm located in Cincinnati, OH, offering custom-tailored services to all organizations and individuals navigating the challenging realm of international business with focus on European-American relations. Cross-cultural services included consulting, coaching and training, relocation management, executive search, business development as well as market research and evaluation, strategic planning, hands-on project management, and communications.|
