Please join the women of ACG Cincinnati and the EACC on May 2, 2018 as a distinguished panel of corporate women discuss the challenges of having your voice heard in male-dominated professions. Led by moderator Kim Schaefer, Partner with Vorys. Kim is a partner in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the corporate practice group. Kim concentrates her practice on the representation of public and private companies, banking, securities, franchising and general corporate matters. She regularly represents companies in public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and franchising issues. Additionally, Kim works closely with clients to ensure continued compliance with securities and banking laws and to develop best practices in the corporate governance and executive compensation areas.

Professionally, Anne has worked in commercial banking positions for 30 years, including Relationship Management, Credit Administration and Commercial Credit, and currently is a senior member and Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance Group at Fifth Third Bank. Anne has served on numerous non-profit boards. Her current passion and support is with the work of 1N5, an organization with a mission to the early identification of mental health issues in children through school administrators, teachers and counselors located in the Cincinnati area. She also was a longstanding member of the Mercy Health Partners Board of Trustees, having served from 1997-2009. During her tenure on the Board she served on the Finance Committee, Audit Committee, Executive Compensation and Governance Committee and was Chair of the Board from 2007-2009. In addition to her service to MHP, she served the Church of the Redeemer Episcopal Church in Hyde Park as Assistant Treasurer and member of the Church’s Administrative Committee. Anne has a wonderful, blended family with David and their 5 children plus a new Labrador puppy, Skip.
Jennifer Panepinto

Jennifer Panepinto is the Director of Business Retention and Expansion at Northern Kentucky Tri-ED, Northern Kentucky’s pre-eminent economic development organization. Jennifer works closely with businesses in Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties to help them overcome the hurdles and challenges to growth and to help them successfully sustain their operations in Northern Kentucky. Businesses benefit from Jennifer’s extensive B2B and manufacturing experience, ability help problem-solve and her tireless efforts to be a champion for their success in the region.
