About Fluid-Bag
Fluid-Bag manufactures flexible intermediate bulk containters (IBC's) specializing in the high efficiency discharge of high viscosity fluids. The value-add to customers includes eliminating the return
of empty containers, and greatly reducing unusable product. Typical customers use Fluid-Bag to replace 55 gallon drums and/or +300 gallon rigid containers used to transport products from the manufacturer to the customer's filling lines, or to the customer's end use dispensing/application process.
Fluid-Bag offers a significant reduction in residual product, which increases total operational efficiency, and Fluid-Bag units also eliminate the cost of return freight and scheduling logistics, which are typical with reusable rigid containers.
Customers are located throughout the world in the market segments of inks, lubricants and greases; adhesives, sealants and coatings; pharmaceuticals and cosmetics; and food.
Fluid-Bag is a privately owned company with its head office in Jakobstad, Finland, and manufacturing plants in Finland and Thailand. Fluid-Bag opened a new subsidiary office in Blue Ash, Ohio in September 2015 with the desire to better support its North American customers.
