Bastille Day Celebration: July 15th

The EACC and the Alliance Francaise present the 2011 annual Bastille Day celebration at Swaim Park in Montgomery, OH on Friday, July 15th starting at 6:30 p.m. The traditional French celebration brings together friends, family and colleagues of all ages! Everyone is required to bring their favorite homemade dish (serves six minimum) which will be added to a delectable buffet dinner. Best sweet and savory dish contest winners will be announced and awarded prizes at 7:30 p.m. Following dinner, guests are invited to dance to French and American music under the stars.

On Saturday, July 16th the City of Montgomery, in honor of Montgomery’s French Sister City, Neuilly-Plaisance, present its annual Bastille Day celebration. Originally proposed by the Sister Cities Commission, the street party has grown into a community-wide festival which transforms downtown Montgomery with a French flair!
