Last quarter, the EACC received several inquiries from members on how to leverage the experiences and expertise within the EACC network to successfully lead global marketing for their companies. Survey results from a sample of EACC members also confirmed this interest.

With this in mind, the EACC will launch the first EACC Marketing Forum on February 11, 2016, allowing marketing executives to meet with peers and industry experts to learn, share and find resources they need to successfully lead the marketing strategy of their companies in a global environment.

Forum participants will have the opportunity to discuss their trials and tribulations when it comes to extending their brands into new regions of the world, as well as developing and managing a global brand in different regions and cultures.

This is an industry-led forum, specifically to address the needs of the inbound and outbound member companies, supported by qualified experts who are respectful of the non-solicitation business environment for an inspiring and productive learning environment.

The Forum will be hosted at a participating company on a quarterly basis, with this first session identifying key themes that we will cover during the course of the year.

Kimberly Carroll, Vice President of Marketing at Apex Supply Chain Technologies, and Daniela Patterson, Group Director at LPK, will be the 2016 Marketing Forum Co-Leaders.

The Forum is intended for marketing executives who lead the marketing strategy of their company in a transatlantic business environment, as well as providers of specialized services directly related to international marketing/branding resources and strategies.
